OK I got me another nexus 7, finally after breaking the screen on my old on, and that was when news of the n7 getting ubuntu was just surfacing .... Now  I'm dual booting android 4.2.2 and Ubuntu 13.04, life is good.

Well with Ubuntu touches developer preview launch last month on the nexus devices there still hasn't been a lot of activity in the new open source Linux distrofor mobile devices, though they stated that the full is won't be released till late 2013- early 2014.
Though xda has gotten its hands on the pre-released developers preview its just that at this point in time and with the nexus devices being the only ones getting the system image from Ubuntu its to hard to tell if the open source Linux giant will turn the mobile phone industry upside down.
